I am a small business and growing every year with limited stock. If items are out of stock when ordering I will email or call you to let you know when the item is in stock, or if necessary a full refund will be given immediately.

If you would rather pay by card over the phone then please call me on 44(0)7969 686793 and I will take secure payment over the phone and your receipt will be enclosed with your purchase.
Delivery
STANDARD UK DELIVERY- £3.50
Standard delivery to any UK address. Items are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked and normally arrive within 4 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email.
If no-one is at the specified address when item is delivered the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for 3 weeks.
EXPRESS UK DELIVERY - £7.00
I do offer a next-day service for UK addresses with orders placed before 1pm on weekdays and will be guaranteed to arrive the next working day. You will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required so if no-one is at the specified address when the package is delivered, a card will be posted through the door and the package will be returned to your local sorting office and held for one week.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY- £9.00
I am happy to send parcels anywhere in Europe. Please note the order can take a week to arrive.
REST OF THE WORLD- £10
I can send parcels outside of Europe. They make take 10 days to arrive. The price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
Returns
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify me by phone or email before I have dispatched the goods to you.
You can return goods you have ordered from me for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to me shall be borne by you .I cannot be held responsible for goods lost or stolen in transit .Upon receipt of the returned goods I will give you a full refund of the amount paid, or exchange of goods if required.
The rights to return goods to us will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
